FIREFALL
This year I was fortunate enough to catch Yosemite’s Firefall over three consecutive days. This stunning trick of light had perfect conditions for the first time in three years and a rather fortunate last minute dusting of snow combined with some off-piste hiking, led to one of the best forty-eight hours of my life so far.

WINTER WONDERLAND
I love this place more than anywhere else in the world, and seen under a fresh layer of snow it is perfection. Watching a clearing Winter storm from Tunnel View felt like a religious experience.
